Huxley, Andrew Fielding (Londra 1917), biofisico britannico, nipote di Thomas e fratellastro di Aldous e Julian. Fu ricercatore al Trinity College di Cambridge e dal 1960 insegnò fisiologia all’Università di Londra. Nel 1963 condivise il premio Nobel per la medicina o la fisiologia con Alan Hodgkin e John Eccles, in riconoscimento delle ricerche condotte sulla conduzione degli impulsi nervosi e sulla fisiologia delle membrane dei neuroni.
